Q: What does it mean if my phone says "Enter PUK code"?
A:
If you enter your SIM PIN Code into your phone wrong three times, it will then lock you out and ask for a PUK Code. DO NOT continue to enter numbers! You must call Kalona Telephone (319-656-3668) or i wireless (888-550-4497) to get the unlock code.
