| How do I change my e-mail
password? |
|
In order to change your e-mail password you must first change
it with KCTC. To do this, you may stop by our office located at 510 B Avenue,
Kalona or give us a call at 319-656-3668. At this time we do not accept password
changes over the Internet or e-mail.
After you've changed your password with KCTC, you will need to change it in your
computer. Changing your e-mail password will affect both KCTC WebMail and any
3rd party e-mail client you may use, such as Outlook Express or Netscape. In most
cases, after changing your password with KCTC, many 3rd party e-mail clients will
prompt you for the new password when checking for new e-mail. When typing in your
new password you may choose Remember Password, if desired.

| Why
am I unable to download my e-mail messages? |
| Your e-mail mailbox is probably full.
This is most commonly caused by a large attachment. We suggest that you look at
your e-mail using WebMail (web-based e-mail) and delete any mail out of your box.
To use WebMail, simply go to our homepage, www.kctc.net, and click on the envelope
icon in the upper right (between "Support" and the calander icon) or
user name and password, and you can log on to your e-mail. Additional mailbox
space is also available from KCTC for a small monthly fee. |

What are
Auto-Generated Messages?
|
|
An "Auto-Generated message" is an e-mail message
that is automatically created and sent by a computer when a certain event has
occurred. These messages are intended to deliver information about something that
has happened that would otherwise go unnoticed. Because these messages are created
and mailed by a computer, you will not receive a response if you reply to them.
Instead, e-mail support@kctc.net with any questions regarding the contents of
the message you have received.

mean, Click Here. |
