How to program your Entone remote to control a TV

information. Or follow the instructions below to program the remote
using the auto function.
- Power on the device and on the remote control,
press the desired device key once.
- Press and hold “SETUP” until the device key
blinks twice, then release “SETUP”.
- Press the “POWER” key once and aim your new
remote at the device.
- Press either the “CHANNEL UP” key or “CHANNEL
DOWN” key to do device auto-scan.
- In this search mode, the remote control will
send IR codes from the library in 5 second intervals. The device
key will be on and blink every 5 seconds while in the device
scan mode.
- If the device turns off, a working code has
been found. Press “OK” once to lock in the code. The selected
mode key will blink twice.
- If all code sets of that device are exhausted
in the search and the “OK” is not pressed, the selected device
key will fast blink 7 times and the search mode will be terminated.
NOTE: If the TV does not turn on during step 6,
then slowly press and release CH- to go back through the codes,
then press RCU SETUP when the TV turns on.

Or follow the instructions below to program the remote using the
auto function.
- Turn on your TV.
- On the remote control, press TV once; it will
blink once.
- Press and hold RCU SETUP until the TV key
blinks twice.
- Type 9 9 1. The TV key will blink twice.
- Aim the remote control at the TV and press
POWER once.
- Press and release the CH+ key continuously,
then stop when the TV turns off.
- Press POWER. The TV should turn on, then press
RCU SETUP once to lock in the code. The LED will blink twice
to indicate that the code is saved.
To search for the
codes of your other devices, repeat steps 1 through 6, but substitute
the appropriate key (e.g., VCR, DVD, AUD, or STB) for the device
you are searching for.
NOTE: If the TV does not turn on during step 6,
then slowly press and release CH- to go back through the codes,
then press RCU SETUP when the TV turns on.
