Changes to Operations

On-Premise Visit Waiver
Hours: M-F 9:00AM – 5:30PM CLOSED

Due to the rise in Covid-19 cases, we will only be allowing one person in our lobby at a time to help protect our employees and our customers.
Visit our website for your tech gear and service needs, and opt for drop off or curbside delivery for  a convenient way to pick up your goodies.
You can manage your account, report service issues, and make a payment through the SmartHub app.
Payments can also be made by mail or through the dropbox at Kalona or Washington, and service issues can be phoned in through the tech support line at 319-656-3668.
We know this may be frustrating for some, but our goal is to do our best to help keep our employees and our community safe and healthy! Thank you for your patience during this time.

We have many new protections, precautions, and policies to safeguard against transmission of illnesses. For any questions please call KCTC at 319-656-3668 or iTech at 319-656-1234.

• We now have plexiglass barriers in place as a preventative measure

• No loitering – to minimize risk to our staff and visitors we ask that after you conducted your business, to exit the lobby/store.

• For KCTC payments you may utilize our drop box, contact us online or call in with credit card payments.

• Our stores will remain closed on Saturdays
