What Is SmartTown?
SmartTown is a secure Wi-Fi network built by KCTC to extend connectivity across the Washington fairgrounds, the Waco school, and Marr park. It works alongside the internet service you already enjoy at home, giving you access to Wi-Fi in select public areas where cellular networks can become overloaded. Unlike public Wi-Fi that’s open to everyone, SmartTown creates segmented, encrypted networks for users.
