The Technology Behind Fireworks

If you’re one of the many people that go and watch fireworks on independence day, have you ever wondered what kind of technology goes on behind the scenes? There is actually quite a bit of technology that goes into the awesome firework display that is shot off every year.

Back in the day you would have to light the firework with a torch and take cover as it shoots off into the sky. Now you can setup 100 feet away covered by a secure shelter. This is done through a long cord, circuits and of course a computer. Companies can now use software that will control the time of when a firework launches. By using this you can create a fireworks show that corresponds with music.
